I had a pretty decent stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Old Havana, making it super convenient for exploring. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a charming colonial feel, though it lacked a window which was a bit odd. The service was hit or miss; while some staff went above and beyond, others didn’t seem very attentive. Overall, it offered good value for money, though the breakfast could use some improvement.

My room was spacious with a lovely colonial feel, but it was missing a window which was a bit strange.

The service was a mixed bag. Some staff were great and really went out of their way to help, while others didn’t seem to care much about our wishes.

The location was ideal! It’s right in the center of Old Havana, close to many bars and restaurants, and across the street from a lovely park where musicians were playing.
Dining

The dining options, especially breakfast, were a bit basic. While I enjoyed the coffee and fruit, their take on Eggs Benedict was not what I expected.

Facilities were adequate, but nothing overly impressive. I didn't use them much so I can’t give a full assessment.

I had a great stay at this hotel right in the heart of Old Havana. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, but the bathrooms showed signs of wear. The service was friendly and very accommodating, although some staff members could be more welcoming. The location was fantastic, with easy access to sights and local music. Dining could use more variety, but overall, it was a good price for what I received.

This hotel has a great location right in the heart of Old Havana, making it super easy to explore nearby bars and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and airy, featuring comfortable beds and unique courtyard views. The service was exceptional with staff going out of their way to help. However, the dining experience fell a bit short, and the furnishings in the rooms could use some updating.

The hotel is in an ideal location in Habana Vieja, close to fantastic sights and vibrant local culture. The rooms are spacious but come with some privacy issues, particularly for ones without windows. The service was genuinely friendly and helpful, although my bed could have been more comfortable. Overall, it's a decent value for money, but a few aspects could definitely use improvement.

The rooms are huge and beautifully designed, but I found the service a bit lacking in warmth. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the old town, but dining options could use some improvement. Overall, it feels like good value for a unique stay, despite a few bumps.
